No, we do not charge a fee for receiving documents on your behalf. We will send documents by mail, email, and fax when applicable for no extra fees. The $30 fee covers this for you.
The BOC-3 is only for filing the BOC-3 electronically with the FMCSA. If you would like to pay an additional $25 for the letter of authority, this service is for electronically sending you a copy of your authority on the day it is issued by the FMCSA. Usually, you will have to wait an additional 2 weeks for the FMCSA to send your letter in the mail. If you are in no rush, then you do not need to select this option.
The reinstatement of authority letter is the letter you can request from us to be sent to you once your authority becomes reinstated. You MUST submit the MCS-5889 form to the FMCSA once BOC-3 and insurance is on file along with your $80 payment. Once these steps are completed, we will then grant you the letter of reinstatement.
We always file the BOC-3 within 24 hours and send confirmation to the email provided.
